WORSHIP IN SONG: BURN IN ME  (by Jerry Holman)                            Worship Leader, Elmine van den Berg

(chorus)   Burn in me, burn in me, let the fire of the Holy One burn in me;

Burn in me, burn in me, let the fire of the Holy One burn in me.

Your words, like a fire, burning in my soul;  Burn out the dross, bring forth the gold. (chorus)

You feel like a fire shut up in my bones; Consume me, Lord, make me Your own.  (chorus)

(1994 Jerry Holman/BMI)

HE’S CALLING OUT YOUR NAME (by Somma, Kristianson, Batstone)

He’s the Lord of ev’ry season, He’s the Master of all time.

And He’s come to sow His seeds in this field of humankind.  The eternal Word of heaven

is among us in this place.  And if you have ears to listen, You can hear Him call your name.

He’s calling out your name, He’s calling out your name.  If you have ears to listen, He’s calling out your name.

He’s the Father of all mercy, and your silent prayer’s have been heard.

He will satisfy the thirsty by the water of His Word.  As the bread of life is broken and Jesus is proclaimed,

may your eyes be opened to the One who calls your name.

He’s calling out your name, He’s calling out your name.  If you have ears to listen He’s calling out your name.

He’s calling out your name.  He’s calling out your name, He’s calling out your name.  If you have ears to listen,

He’s calling out your name.  (1997 Marantha! Music)

SHINE DOWN (by Smiley, Gersmehl, Farrell)

Chorus: Shine down Your light on me; Let the people see that in Your presence darkness flees,

Father of light, shine down on me. Father of light, shine down on me.

There's a land full of glory in a place where there is no night, and in that holy city burns

the beacon of everlasting light; The light that keeps reaching to the people of ev'ry land,

a love that is longing to fill the heart of ev'ry man. (repeat chorus)

There's no sun in that city, The Father's throne is its only light; The lamp of salvation,

the hope that is always glowing bright.  It scatters the darkness, swept away by His mighty hand;

Now all the nations can worship, sing the song of that glorious Lamb.

Chorus:  Shine down Your light on me; Let the people see that in Your presence darkness flees,

Father of light, shine down on me. Father of light, shine down on me.

LOVE YOU SO MUCH (by Russell Fragar)

Hear these praises from a grateful heart; each time I think of You, the praises start.  Love You so much,

Lord I love You, my soul sings; in Your presence, carried on Your wings.  Love You so much, Jesus;

love You so much.  How my soul longs for You; longs to worship You for ever in Your power and majesty.  Lift my hands, lift my heart, lift my voice towards the heavens; for You are my sun and shield.  (Repeat)

How my soul longs for You; longs to worship You for ever in Your power and majesty.

Lift my hands, lift my heart, lift my voice towards the heavens; for You are my sun and shield.

Hear these praises from a grateful heart; each time I think of You, the praises start.  Love You so much, Jesus; Love You so much.  Love You so much, Jesus; Love You so much.  (1998 Integrity’s Hosanna Music)

HOLY, HOLY, HOLY! LORD GOD ALMIGHTY  (by Reginald Heber)

Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty! Early in the morning our song shall rise to thee.

Holy, holy, holy! Merciful and mighty,  God in three persons, blessed Trinity!

Holy, holy, holy! All the saints adore thee casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea;

cherubim and seraphim falling down before thee, which wert, and art, and ever more shalt be.

Holy, holy, holy! Though the darkness hide thee, though the eye of sinful man thy glory may not see,

only thou art holy; there is none beside thee, perfect in power, in love and purity.

Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!  All thy works shall praise thy name, in earth and sky and sea.

Holy, holy, holy! Merciful and mighty, God in three persons, blessed Trinity.  (Public Domain)

THE LORD THY GOD (by Blane Morris)

The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty, is mighty.  The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty,

is mighty.  And I saw Him high and lifted up with power and grace and authority;

and He shall reign in the midst of thee for ever and ever, amen.  (1985 Integrity’s Hosanna!)

CLOSING HYMN 377 IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL (by Horatio Spafford)

When peace, like a river, attendeth my way, when sorrows like sea billows roll;

whatever my lot, thou hast taught me to say, it is well, it is well with my soul.

Refrain:  It is well with my soul, it is well, it is well with my soul.

Though Satan should buffet, though trials should come, let this blest assurance control,

that Christ has regarded my helpless estate, and hath shed his own blood for my soul.  (refrain)

My sin, oh, the bliss of this glorious thought! My sin, not in part but the whole, is nailed to the cross,

and I bear it no more, praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!  (refrain)

And, Lord, haste the day when my faith shall be sight, the clouds be rolled back as a scroll;

the trump shall resound, and the Lord shall descend, even so, it is well with my soul.  (refrain)
