HOW CAN I KEEP FROM SINGING (by Tomlin, Redman, Cash)
There is an endless song, echoes in my soul, I hear the music ring.
And though the storms may come, I am holding on, to the rock I cling.
How can I keep from singing your praise? How can I ever say enough, how amazing is your love?
How can I keep from shouting your name? I know I am loved by the King, and it makes my heart want to sing.
I will lift my eyes in the darkest night, for I know my Savior lives.
And I will walk with you knowing you see me through, and sing the songs you give.
How can I keep from singing your praise? How can I ever say enough, how amazing is your love?
How can I keep from shouting your name? I know I am loved by the King, and it makes my heart want to sing. I can sing in the troubled times. Sing when I win I can sing when I lose my step and I fall down again.
I can sing ‘cause you pick me up sing ‘cause you’re there. I can sing ‘cause you hear me, Lord,
when I call to you in prayer I can sing with my last breath sing for I know that I’ll sing with the angels
and the saints around the throne. How can I keep from singing your praise? How can I ever say enough,
how amazing is your love? How can I keep from shouting your name? I know I am loved by the King,
and it makes my heart I am loved by the King, and it makes my heart I am loved by the King,
and it makes my heart want to
sing. (c. 2006 Sixsteps

THE NAME OF THE LORD (by Clinton Utterbach)
Blessed be the name of the Lord, Blessed be
the name of the Lord; Blessed be the name of the Lord Most High! Blessed be the
name of the Lord, Blessed be the name of the Lord;
Blessed be the name of the Lord Most High!
The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it, and they are saved. (Sing twice)
Glory to the name of the Lord, Glory to the name of the Lord; Glory to the name of the Lord Most High! (2x’s)
Holy is the name of the Lord, Holy is the name of the Lord; Holy is the name of the Lord Most High! (2x’s)

UNISON PRAYER
We lift our voices, we lift our hands, we
lift our lives to you; we are an offering. Lord use
our offering.
O God, who inspired David the King both to
write songs and appoint singers to your worship;
Give grace to the singers in your Church,
that with psalms, and hymns, and spiritual songs
we may sing and make music to the glory of your
Name.
Make a joyful noise to the Lord. Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into God’s
presence with singing!
We praise you for the voices of children
that, through your power, brought down the walls of Jericho;
that welcomed the Lord to Jerusalem with loud
hosannas;
and that touch our hearts today with their
purity of faith.
May we, like the disciples sing songs of
devotion and fellowship that remind us that we are children of yours.
May we, like the musicians in the Temple of
old, seek to make music
that results in the overwhelming presence of your
glory.
Let every instrument be tuned for
praise! Let all rejoice who have a voice
to raise!
And may God give us faith to sing
always: Alleluia!
HOW DEEP THE FATHER’S LOVE FOR US (by Stuart Townend)
How deep the Father’s love for us. How vast beyond all measure
that He should give His only son to make a wretch His treasure. How great the pain of searing loss.
The Father turns His face away as wounds which mar the Chosen One bring many sons to glory.
Behold the man upon a cross, my sin upon His shoulders.
Ashamed, I hear my mocking voice call out among the scoffers.
It was my sin that held Him there until it was accomplished; His dying breath has brought me life.
I know that it is finished.
I will not boast in anything: no gifts, no pow’r, no wisdom. But I will boast in Jesus Christ:
His death and resurrection. Why should I gain from His reward? I cannot give an answer.
But this I know with all my heart: His wounds have paid my
ransom. (1995 ThankYou
Music)
SWEET INCENSE
(by
Ted Sandquist)
Chorus: Let me be sweet incense burning before you
burning before you.
Let me be sweet
incense burning before my Lord.
Now there is no veil that can stand between your holy throne and my offering.
Let my sacrifice and my living be acceptable unto my king.
You are my great desire you are consuming fire, let not this flame expire before you. (chorus)
I would be a Psalm, I would be writing the highest praises of my king.
I would rise in song ever mingling with the cries of seraph on the wing and to this I aspire
ever to be a fire joining with heavenly choirs before you. You are my great desire, O thou consuming fire.
Let not this flame expire before you.
Let me be sweet incense burning before you burning before you.
Let me be a fragrant incense
burning before my Lord. (1988 Psalm of
Life Music)

CLOSING HYMN 98 TO GOD BE THE GLORY (by Fannie J. Crosby)
To God be the glory, great things he hath done! So loved he the world that he gave us his Son,
who yielded his life an atonement
for sin, and opened the life gate that all may go in.
Refrain: Praise
the Lord, praise the Lord, let the earth hear his voice!
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, let the people rejoice!
O come to the Father thru Jesus the Son,
and give him the glory,
great things he hath done!
O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood, to every believer the promise of God;
the vilest offender who truly believes, that moment from Jesus a pardon receives. (repeat refrain)
Great things he hath taught us, great things he hath done, and great our rejoicing thru Jesus the Son;
but purer, and higher, and greater
will be our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see. (refrain) (Public
Domain)
