Monday Morning Women’s Bible Study
From September 23-November 25, we will study “Bad Girls of the Bible: And What We Can Learn from Them”, by Liz Curtis Higgs. All are welcome to join us at 9:30 a.m. in the Heritage Room. For information contact Mary Keppel.
Tuesday Afternoon Adult Bible Study
Our weekly study meets Tuesdays from 2:00-3:30 PM in Room E204. Our current study is “Harmony of the Gospels”; reading in parallel the life of Christ in all four Gospels. Our study is informal with open discussion. There is no set schedule. We take as much time for discussion as needed. All are welcome. Please join us every week or whenever you can. For more information contact Charlie Rudolph.
Thursday Morning Women’s Group
We meet at Maritsa’s in Maple Shade, 7:30-9:00am. We are starting the New York Times best seller, “Living Faith” by Jimmy Carter. He states, “in this book, I have attempted to describe in layman’s terms as simply as possible, how my life has been affected by the words and acts of Jesus Christ, about the mistakes I’ve made and the lessons I’ve learned…This has become a book whose core is love-the love that is possible among those who are closely related, among strangers allied by a common dream or faith, and even between people who begin by despising each other but find a way to see, the image of God in each other’s humanity.” Please join us for breakfast and discussion. Contact Carol Talbot for more information.
Saturday Morning Bible Study
The Saturday morning Bible study meets in the parlor from 7:30-9:00 AM. Everyone is welcome. Prepare ahead by reading assigned chapters each week. Bring your insights and questions. For more information, contact Betsy Heinz.
